Enrollment is now open for our Spring 2024 program session (Tues/Thur evevings 5-9 pm starting April 16). Learn more about the benefits of participation, get answers to some of the most frequently asked questions, and get ready to take your career to a new level with WorkUP!

WorkUP Coweta is a free 40 hour (Evenings, 2 nights per week) soft-skills training program that gives you the skills and training you need to land better-paying positions at established Newnan-Coweta companies. WorkUP Coweta could be your career pathway if you meet these requirements:

  • Residency: Participants must be residents of Coweta County, Georgia who suffered un- or underemployment due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • Age Requirement: Participants must be 21 years or older.
  • Education: Participants should have high school diploma or equivalent or be working to complete.
  • Eligibility to Work in the US: Participants must be legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Commitment: Participants must attend all training sessions. Due to the program schedule and rigor, absences are not permitted.
  • Availability: Participants should have the availability to participate in the program during its scheduled timeframe.
