Work readiness means having the necessary skills, knowledge, and attitudes to meet the demands of today's rapidly changing workplace.
Work readiness refers to an individual's ability to successfully navigate the workplace, including technical abilities, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork. Work readiness also includes a strong work ethic, positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to learn and grow on the job.
